Jamboree Over 18 Social Events
Jamboree’s Over 18’s programme empowers young adults with learning and physical disabilities, neurodiversity, or social, emotional and mental health needs to enjoy inclusive trips, holidays, and community outings with their peers.
Planned by members, for members, every activity – from a local meal to an overseas adventure – is designed to build independence, confidence, and friendships. We support every step, from practical prep, like ID and bank accounts, to personal care and tailored risk assessments. No one is left behind.
Our trained staff and peer mentors ensure a safe, supportive experience. Members gain life skills, build relationships, and grow into confident adults who contribute to their communities.
Families benefit too, receiving guidance, respite, and support in helping their young adults grow. Through Jamboree, both members and carers discover what’s possible when opportunity, encouragement, and inclusion come together.

Holiday Provisions
At Liberty Jamboree, we offer a range of holiday activities, residentials, and supported trips throughout the year – designed specifically for young people with special educational needs and disabilities.
From local day outings to fully supported overnight residentials and trips away, every experience is carefully planned to promote independence, social connection, and personal growth in a safe, inclusive environment.
In addition, during the school holidays, we deliver activity programmes funded through HAF (Holiday Activities and Food) and the Staffordshire programme SPACE, to enable us to provide inclusive, accessible activities, meals and support at no cost to eligible families.
Our holiday provision helps young people build confidence, form friendships, and create memories that last.

Jamboree on Board
We support young adults, age 18-35years, with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, neurodiversity, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs to build skills, confidence, and real-world experience through volunteering, education, work placements, and community projects.
How it works
Our needs-led and carefully planned community-based day opportunities programme runs Monday- Friday term time and offers bespoke further opportunities and residentials in the holidays.
These can be one-off sessions or over a term – offering wraparound support including personal care, transport, communication aids, and goal-setting.
We partner with employers and run social enterprises to provide meaningful placements, promoting independence through mentoring, peer support, and coaching.
Why choose us?
✔ Accessible, personalised opportunities
✔ Positive, resilience-building approach
✔ Social enterprise leadership pathways
✔ Life skills and wellbeing at the core
✔ Extras like youth clubs and supported holidays
Recognising success
We also offer the opportunity for young adults to gain nationally recognised awards such as the Duke of Edinburgh and Mencap Gateway Award.
